We ship live uromastyx lizards via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure your animal arrives quickly and safely.
Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid animals being held over weekends. Orders placed by Sunday evening will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
Packaging
Each animal is carefully packaged in an insulated shipping box with heat or cold packs as needed for current weather conditions. We use phase-change technology to maintain safe temperatures for 72+ hours.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Every shipment comes with a 100% live arrival guarantee. You must be available to receive your package on the delivery date. If your animal arrives deceased, contact us within 2 hours with photos for a full replacement or refund.
Shipping Cost
Overnight shipping is a flat rate. Multiple animals can ship together. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Weather Holds
We monitor weather conditions at both origin and destination. If temperatures are too extreme for safe shipping, we will hold your order and notify you of the rescheduled ship date.
